Overwhelming

The piece “Overwhelming” actually encapsulates my everyday life, largely characterized by the mundane. The food, clock, shoes, and other seemingly trivial stuff are all part of my life. Each day unfolds predictably, repeating the same bubble, yet I find myself in pursuit of each fleeting moment, driven by the demands of following the routine, three meals, school, social interactions, and more. 

Embedded amidst this monotony, the flowers in the backdrop offer a glimpse into a different perspective, where I yearn for even the faintest glimmer of happiness, sometimes even deceiving myself into believing that I derive joy from tasks that, in truth, hold no real appeal. In addition, the myriad hues that saturate the backdrop symbolize the complex influences that shape my existence: expectations, competitions, and the confinements that keep me in the routine. 

I believe there is more to this art piece than I envisioned and hoped to express during the creation of this artwork, but I can say that this is the general idea of my artwork.
